We offer a beautifully finished, quality product for you the consumer. Cattle are finished the old-fashioned way on a variety of feeds such as pasture, hay, haylage, and silage which ensures a fine marbling in the tender meat. We plant and maintain a high diversity of forage species for our animals, pollinators, and soil.

We believe in fully supporting our local farming community. Our beef is finished on U.P. grown feed. We believe this helps our U.P. farming community thrive.
